Overview: The LNG Gasification Station is a crucial component for natural gas distribution, enabling the efficient storage, gasification, and transportation of LNG to meet both local and industrial demands. This system primarily includes several key components: unloading platform (unloading boosting system), LNG storage tank (including storage tank boosting system), gasification system, and pressure regulation and metering equipment.

Process of LNG Gasification Station
After the LNG tank truck arrives at the gasification station, the LNG unloading booster is used to increase the pressure in the tank truck, so that a certain pressure difference is formed between the tank truck and the LNG storage tank, and the LNG in the tank truck is sent to the LNG storage tank by this pressure difference.
When discharged from the LNG storage tank, the self-boosting system of the storage tank is first used to increase the pressure of the storage tank, and then the liquid phase outlet valve of the storage tank is opened, and the LNG in the storage tank is sent to the vaporizer through the pressure difference, and then sent to the municipal gas pipeline network through the pressure regulating device, metering and odorizing device. When the outdoor ambient temperature is low and the natural gas temperature at the outlet of the ambient air vaporizer is lower than 5°C, a water bath vaporizer needs to be connected in series at the outlet of the ambient air vaporizer to heat the gasified natural gas.
